The Packaging and Production team keeps products moving efficiently and safely from production to fulfillment. This role is key to ensuring that every product is packaged to the highest standards, on time, and in compliance with company and government regulations. **What You’ll Do**
- Communicate clearly and consistently with the Packaging team and leadership to meet daily goals.
- Follow all company and regulatory compliance standards to ensure accurate and safe packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Complete daily checklists to keep the facility running smoothly.
- Learn and operate various packaging machines safely and efficiently.
- Sleeve, sticker, package, wrap, and heat seal products post-production.
- Stay detail-oriented and proactive, finding tasks to tackle during downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Prepare items for shipping, including packing, labeling, and creating shipping documents.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in inventory management processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Assist with other warehouse functions as needed.
