Production Operator

Start your new career as a Production Operator with MAU at Boysen USA in Gaffney, SC. As a Production Operator, you will follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. High school diploma or GED is preferred not required.
What We Offer
- $17.50 - $19.50 per hour based on the shift
- First Shift | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Third Shift | 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of manufacturing, process, and quality systems
- Ability to follow all instructions and work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds, work in extreme hot and cold environments, and stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift
What You’ll Do as a Production Operator
- Follow all work instructions
- Address problem situations promptly, and notify team leader or management immediately
- Meet productivity requirements by remaining committed to and producing quality work
- Attach appropriate labels and tags to identify products throughout the production process
- Pack finished goods into correct boxes or racks as applicable
- Perform machine maintenance as specified in work instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Perform other tasks as assigned
