What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of manufacturing, process, and quality systems
• Ability to follow all instructions and work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds, work in extreme hot and cold environments, and stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift

What You’ll Do as a Production Operator

• Follow all work instructions
• Address problem situations promptly, and notify team leader or management immediately
• Meet productivity requirements by remaining committed to and producing quality work
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to identify products throughout the production process
• Pack finished goods into correct boxes or racks as applicable
• Perform machine maintenance as specified in work instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform other tasks as assigned
