- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is a plus.
