• Starting pay of $14.50 per hour, with an increase to $15.50 after 60 days of satisfactory attendance and policy compliance.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (preferred) (must be obtained within one year of employment)
• 3+ months of manufacturing experience
• Previous forklift experience (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Stable work history 
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds, stand, stoop, walk, crawl, bend, and twist as needed to perform required tasks
• Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed

What You’ll Do as a Production Associate

• Collect and assemble carts and chariots of various types of unwound envelopes from confection-finishing
• Load un-wound envelopes into the machines
• Operate the Large and Small Rewind to the proper Preop points of use
• Identify damaged envelopes and place them in the appropriate envelope repair area
• Record postproduction on traceability log
• Perform other tasks as assigned
