As a Production Associate, you will assist in the production of concrete products, working with subassemblies and raw materials in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to follow detailed work plans and instructions
- Capacity to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working in environments with exposure to weather, noise, and mechanical parts
- Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and communicate effectively
What You’ll Do as a Production Associate:
- Assist in producing concrete products from raw materials and subassemblies
- Perform form cleaning, reinforcing set-up, form set-up, concrete pouring and finishing, and general area clean-up
- Clean concrete forms using hand tools to remove buildup before the next pour
- Follow defined work plans and detailed instructions
- Carry out miscellaneous tasks as directed by supervisors
