Production Associate I - Cultivation

As a Production Associate I-Cultivation, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide top-tier cannabis products that enhance the consumer experience. Working alongside a passionate team, you will be involved in various cultivation processes, ensuring that our plants receive the best care from seed to harvest. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily cultivation tasks, including planting, watering, feeding, and maintaining plants.
- Monitor plant health and report any issues to the cultivation team.
- Participate in the harvesting process, including trimming and packaging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cultivation area and equipment.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Required skills: - Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of plant care and cultivation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must pass any required background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Desired skills: - Previous experience in a cultivation or agricultural role.
- Familiarity with cannabis cultivation techniques and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of plant biology or horticulture.
- Ability to operate cultivation equipment and tools safely and effectively.
