- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift experience (preferred)
- SAP experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent basic math skills
- Proficient problem-solving abilities
- Strong computer skills, including data retrieval and scanning
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand/walk for long periods
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance
- Perform pre-shift exercise/stretching routines
- Adhere to all safety requirements and procedures
- Operate machinery and manually perform tasks to manufacture parts
- Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
- Follow packaging and labeling guidelines for products
- Identify and report defective materials, machine issues, or questionable conditions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work within ISO14001 and TS-16949 standards
- Collaborate with team members and management
- Transport materials as required
- Utilize the SAP system properly
- Perform additional duties as assigned
