About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Operator (Chemical Operator) to join our scientific manufacturing team in Burlington, NJ. This permanent position involves working in a highly regulated environment, operating production equipment, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and consistent production of chemical and food batches.

Key Responsibilities

• Start up, operate, shut down, clean, and batch systems in line with procedures.

• Mix chemical and food batches, monitor processes, and take samples per SOPs.

• Accurately record process and production data.

• Troubleshoot dryer processes, collaborating with Supervisors and Engineers.

• Assist with routine maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe.

• Oversee system cleanups between products and instruct material handlers during the cleaning process.

Requirements

✅ 3+ years of experience as a Chemical Operator, Batchmaker, or Compounder
✅ Hands-on knowledge of cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
✅ Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work comfortably in a production setting
✅ Experience in clean room manufacturing operations is a plus
