**Position:** Processing Technician
**Location:** Toledo, OH
**Pay:** $17.00/hour (First 90 days)
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Processing Technician** to join our team in Toledo, OH. In this role, you will play a key part in the preparation, processing, and packaging of cannabis products, ensuring all work is performed with precision, compliance, and care. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Buck cannabis biomass manually and mechanically.
* Weigh, label, and store biomass accurately using racks and bins.
* Carry out drying and curing processes as instructed.
* Trim cannabis flowers both by hand and using mechanical equipment.
* Package cannabis flower by weight, manually and with automated systems.
* Assemble primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials.
* Apply accurate labeling to finished products and verify label compliance.
* Operate, clean, and maintain all processing, packaging, and labeling equipment.
* Perform light to medium maintenance and preventive care on automated systems.
* Maintain accurate records and data for product traceability.
* Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including the use of PPE.
* Conduct inventory counts of packaging and labeling supplies.
* Provide feedback to help improve quality and workflow efficiency.
* Meet production goals and adhere to tight deadlines.
* Support additional duties as assigned by the Director of Processing.

**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in order entry, picking, labeling, packaging, or customer service.
* Computer literacy with basic math, language, and reasoning skills.
* Previous cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.
* Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, or lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
* Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
* Excellent manual dexterity for packaging and equipment use.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Normal hearing and vision required for communication and documentation.
