- Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant tools.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join our team. Please find below some additional information about the position:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Support new product introduction by providing expertise on process capabilities and constraints.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent process deviations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of process simulations, PFDs, P&IDs, and process optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software and process design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally and work in a fast-paced environment.
