Process Engineer

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to drive operational efficiency.
• Support new product introduction by providing expertise on process capabilities and constraints.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent process deviations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of process simulations, PFDs, P&IDs, and process optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in CAD software and process design tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel occasionally and work in a fast-paced environment.
