As a Primary Care Physician at ChenMed, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional healthcare to our senior patients. Your day will typically involve assessing patient health, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes. Requirements

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following specialties:
• Family Medicine (FM)
• Internal Medicine (IM)
• Geriatrics
• Eligibility for state medical licensure
• Open to residents, fellows, and visa candidates

Nice to Have

• Experience in value-based care models is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
