### Job Description We are a leading staffing company seeking motivated Pre-Roll Technicians to join a dynamic and fast-paced production team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are detail-oriented. As a Pre-Roll Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of pre-rolled products in a compliant and efficient manufacturing environment. ### Requirements / Responsibilities * Operate and maintain pre-roll machines to produce consistent, high-quality products. * Monitor production processes and adjust machinery settings as needed to meet quality standards. * Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met. * Follow all safety protocols and comply with regulatory requirements. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Document production activities and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors. * Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency. ### Qualifications * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role, preferably in a similar pre-roll or packaging environment. * Ability to work with mechanical equipment and perform basic troubleshooting. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Must be **21+** and eligible for a valid Missouri Agent ID card ### Job Details / Duties * Set up and prepare pre-roll machines for daily production runs. * Load raw materials and monitor machine operation throughout shifts. * Remove finished products and package them according to company standards. * Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. * Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies. * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. **_About Vangst:_** _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
