**About the Role:**
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated **Post-Production Associate** to join our cannabis production team. This role focuses on handling and processing dry flower after harvest to ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with all state regulations. The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, works efficiently with their hands, and is passionate about maintaining the highest standards in cannabis production.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle and process **dry flower** during post-harvest operations, including bucking, trimming, sorting, and packaging.
- Inspect flower for quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
- Weigh, label, and package cannabis products accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Track product movement and record weights, batches, and other required data accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Follow all company policies and state regulations regarding cannabis handling and processing.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in cannabis **post-production, trimming, or packaging** preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Must meet all state regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry (e.g., valid agent or facility badge, background check, etc.).
