#### **Position Overview**
We are seeking a **Cultivation Technician** to join our team and play a key role in the daily care, maintenance, and cultivation of cannabis plants from propagation through harvest. This hands-on position involves working both indoors and in greenhouse environments, supporting all aspects of plant health, cleanliness, and production efficiency.

#### **Key Responsibilities**
- Perform daily **plant care and facility maintenance** tasks.
- Work in **indoor, outdoor, and greenhouse environments**, including conditions up to 90–95°F with high humidity.
- Maintain **facility sanitation and cleanliness** to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Handle **plant movements, transplants, and harvest** activities.
- Participate in **drying, curing, trimming, and quality control** processes.
- Remove root balls, wash pots, and assist with general cleanup and organization.
- Follow standard operating procedures and direction from cultivation leadership to ensure consistency and quality.

#### **Qualifications & Requirements**
- Must be **21 years of age or older**.
- Must have a **reliable means of transportation**.
- Ability to obtain a **Missouri Agent ID card** through the Department of Health and Senior Services.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including heat and humidity.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for plant care.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn in a growing industry.
