Post Production Support

**Overview:**
The Post-Production Associate plays a key role in preparing cannabis products for retail and distribution. This position includes a variety of hands-on tasks such as trimming, weighing, packaging, and labeling finished products to meet quality and compliance standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Trim harvested cannabis flower with care and precision to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Weigh and portion cannabis according to packaging requirements and state compliance regulations.
- Package, label, and seal finished products accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace at all times.
- Track and record product weights, batch numbers, and other production data.
- Follow all company policies and state compliance rules regarding cannabis handling.
- Assist with post-harvest tasks such as bucking, sorting, and prepping flower as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in cannabis trimming, packaging, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive, and highly regulated environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions closely.
- Must meet all state and local regulatory requirements to work in the cannabis industry.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle delicate plant material.
- Lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
