The successful candidate will be responsible for packaging flowers efficiently and accurately to meet quality standards and customer expectations. ### Requirements / Responsibilities - Package flowers carefully to maintain quality and presentation standards. - Inspect flowers for defects or damage before packaging. - Operate packaging machinery and tools safely and effectively. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Follow safety and quality control procedures at all times. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. - Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly. ### Qualifications - Previous experience in packaging or a similar role is preferred but not required. - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. - Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures. - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. ### Job Details / Duties - Sorting and preparing flowers for packaging. - Wrapping and bundling flowers according to specifications. - Labeling packages correctly and ensuring accurate counts. - Operating packaging machinery as needed. - Monitoring inventory levels and notifying supervisors of shortages. - Adhering to all company policies and procedural guidelines. ### Benefits - Competitive hourly pay. - Supportive and friendly work environment. - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. - Comprehensive training provided. - Access to employee assistance programs and other perks. ### Shifts - Evening shift, Monday through Friday. - Work hours from 2:00 PM to 10:45 PM (Central Time). - Consistent schedule with opportunities for overtime based on business needs.
