Schedule: Full-Time (with On-Call Rotation)
Pay Rate: $75,000 – $250,000/year

Rooter Hero is hiring an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose and repair plumbing systems, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide accurate estimates and recommendations to customers. Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and perform service and repairs
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systems
• Provide clear estimates and explain repair/replacement options to customers
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and company policies
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in top condition
• Participate in an on-call rotation (1 night per week)
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license with minimal DMV infractions
• Ability to work weekends and cover one on-call night shift per week
• Must provide own hand tools
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
