Journeyman Plumber – New Construction & Hydronic Systems Location: ​Portland OR Salary: up to $53 or prevailing wage ✅ Employment Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (52 hours in the first year) Paid Holidays 401(k) with Profit Sharing Paid Training & Career Development Wellness Program Supplemental Plans (Accident, Disability, etc.) Paid Company Activities and Functions Company Vehicle About the Role A mid to senior career Journeyman Plumber looking for a growth opportunity and great benefits in the  Richland Tri-Cities area. This role involves new construction plumbing, including standard plumbing, hydronic systems, and mechanical equipment.   ✅ Responsibilities Read blueprints and technical documents to assess building needs and plumbing layouts Work with contractors and clients to plan and install plumbing systems Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures Modify pipes by cutting, threading, and bending using specialized tools Secure piping with clamps, screws, brazing, soldering, and welding Install boilers, water heaters, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs or replacements Locate and repair water line leaks Perform pressure tests to ensure systems are airtight and watertight Train new apprentices in plumbing techniques and best practices Create work reports and maintain project documentation Ensure all work adheres to state laws, local building codes, and regulations Requirements Washington and/or Oregon Journeyman Plumber License (preferred) Experience in new construction plumbing, hydronic systems, and mechanical equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficient in pipe fitting, welding, soldering, and fixture installation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift & move 75 lbs and work in various environments Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (52 hours in the first year) Paid Holidays 401(k) with Profit Sharing Paid Training & Career Development Wellness Program Supplemental Plans (Accident, Disability, etc.) Paid Company Activities and Functions Company Vehicle
