Title: Provider Contracting Representative
Location: Open to Multiple States (see list below) - will work from home and travel to dental offices as needed
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm (local time)
Training Schedule: 8am - 4:30 CST for Training (3 weeks)
Assignment Duration: 3-6 months with possible extension or conversion to full time. (Pending your performance, attendance and business need)
Benefits: Paid weekly, health, dental vision insurance available!
Pay Rate: Up to $22.31 per hour

Dental Office, Provider Relations, or Recruitment Experience
Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

This is a Field & Phone based Recruitment position; candidates will visit dental offices in person as well as working at home when not in the field.
- For travel, candidates must have reliable transportation and clean driving record. Candidates will be reimbursed for mileage. Professional dress code required for days in the field.
- For working from home, candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment - Wi-Fi will not suffice (satellite internet is not compatible with the equipment and internet speeds must be at least 10Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload). Computer knowledge should include being able to set up equipment and troubleshoot with IT regarding any issues as they will be responsible for the set up.
- Recruiting providers to join our client's dental network:
- Field Recruitment: Candidates will visit offices in person
- Outbound Calling: Candidates will follow up with visited offices via phone at home
- Visit Prep: Candidates will work from a list of providers in a given area to create a visit plan and prepare materials to distribute to offices
- Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest
- Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems
- Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to switch projects based on business needs
