JOB TITLE: Data Intake Coordinator
LOCATION: 100% Remote
TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES: Your new hire training will take place M-F 8:00am-5:00pm CST, mandatory virtual attendance is required. Must attend 100% of training and pre-planned appointments/time off will not be accepted. This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Contractors are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am- 8:00pm CST.

What Customer Service Operations contributes to our team: Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.
Customer Service Operations – Document Processor/Intake Team is responsible for providing services to customers relating to document and order processing; delivery; feedback and complaint; general and product inquiry; order discrepancy; and potential product returns. Overall, acts as a liaison in problem-solving, research, and problem/dispute resolution.
Job Summary The Document Processor manages documents received. Assists with document reporting to ensure all documents are processed appropriately. Manages faxes in sorting capacities. Ability to identify, document and create Adverse Event reports resulting from receipt of documentation. Demonstrates flexibility in satisfying patient needs in a high-volume productive environment to meet the Programs Service Level requirements. Consistently adheres to all business and safety procedures and guidelines.
Responsibilities - Review documents through inbound faxes received and be able to identify reportable events
- Searches a detailed activity report of Pharmacy orders and navigate through assigned cases
- Data Entry
- AE Report Creation
Qualifications - 1 or more years of experience in working in a customer service oriented and fast-paced environment
- Has intermediate knowledge/utilization of MS office applications and productivity tools
- Can easily navigate and toggle between screens and systems to complete tasks
- Has intermediate communication skills, both verbal and written
- Has good interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Is keen to details, has organization skills and sense of urgency
