As a Picker/Packer, you’ll be responsible for selecting, counting, and preparing cannabis products for final shipment. This role plays a crucial part in the supply chain process and requires accuracy and speed. **Key Responsibilities:** * Pick and verify cannabis products based on customer orders or internal production needs * Pack items securely and efficiently for distribution * Ensure order accuracy and quality standards are met * Maintain inventory counts and assist with stock rotation and replenishment * Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with state packaging regulations * Keep a clean and organized packing area **Requirements:** * Must be 21+ and eligible to work in New Jersey * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment * Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs * Prior experience in warehouse or fulfillment center environments is a plus * Prior experience in warehouse or fulfillment center environments is a plus Compliance & Fingerprinting: \*\*This role requires **completion of a fingerprinting appointment** as part of New Jersey's compliance process. **Badge approval typically takes up to two weeks**, and candidates **cannot start work until results are confirmed and clearance is granted** by the state. **_About Vangst:_** _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
