About the Role — What You’ll Do

• Fulfill prescription orders with precision, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction

• Maintain a clean and organized compounding workspace

• Collaborate with the fulfillment team to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of compounded medications

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of compounding materials and supplies

• Adhere strictly to regulatory standards, state regulations, and pharmacy policies

• Embrace continuous improvement through ongoing training and professional development

• Contribute to a positive team environment by fostering collaboration and support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Current Pharmacy Technician Registration in good standing with the applicable board

• Active State Pharmacy Technician License or certification as required by Illinois

• Proficiency with computer systems and lab equipment

• Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and adept at multitasking

• Experience in a fast-paced setting and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Commitment to quality, safety, and infection control standards

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to meet goals around safety, quality, and delivery

• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions

• Sharp problem-solving abilities

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift

• Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and arms

• Ability to lift, carry, pull, or move up to 50 pounds as needed
