Job Title: Provider Data Representative

Pay Rate Need: Please submit all candidates at a $19/hour pay rate

Schedule Notes:

Monday-Friday: 8AM-4:30PM

Training will be the same schedule, 2-3 weeks

Responsibilities:

  • These positions will be onsite at the office in Plano, TX (1640 Dallas Pkwy, Plano, TX, 75093)
    1. Candidates must live within a 30 mile radius of the office location. Candidates that live without this radius should not be submitted at this time.
  • No absences/time off will be approved during the training period and any candidates that have pre-planned time off during January/February (or during the first 90 days) should not be submitted.
    1. During first 90 days, 2nd absence is grounds for termination

Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Provider Data. Maintains current provider data for the largest, most complex account structures. Maintains provider data to ensure the quality of the network. Coordinates provider enrollment, and assists with coordination of meetings with providers for training, contracting, and reporting. May be responsible for reporting and tracking provider calls and complaints. Updates directories for all contracted organizations. Issues tend to be routine in nature. Good knowledge and understanding of Provider Data and business/operating processes and procedures. Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.

  • Previous Outbound or Inbound Call Center, 2 years is ideal
  • Prior experience working in a dental or medical healthcare environment
  • Basic healthcare terminology
  • Microsoft Suite skills
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously
  • Self-starter, not afraid to ask questions when needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outbound phone etiquette
  • Cold calling is required to do for this position

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
