Elliott to revise JD - the notes below are from Jacci Smith - still TBD on the start date and pay/bill rates - As a Case Advocate, you'll be responsible for the management of life insurance cases from receipt of new applications through policy placement.
- The agent is our customer, but we also partner with other internal teams like underwriting, finance, licensing, sales and various other departments.
- The Case Advocate role is a combination of processing and customer service. You will be the liaison between the agent or BGA and the underwriter.

- The case advocate role will converse with the agent using both email and phone communication.
- You will be responsible for maintaining a caseload of roughly 160-190 cases on average
- Training is 6 weeks with the last 2 weeks as hands on practice.
- Schedule post-training can be selected between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm (8:00-4:30, 8:30 - 5:00, 9:00 - 5:30, 9:30 - 6:00)
- During training your schedule will be 8:00-4:30 Monday – Friday.
- There are 5-6 Super Weeks throughout the year. These are weeks that require 5 hours of mandatory OT. These are based on peak volumes and business needs.
