Role Overview

As the Payroll & Operations Administrator, you will be essential in ensuring payroll accuracy, managing inventory, and overseeing compliance. We are looking for a versatile professional who can handle various responsibilities with precision and accountability. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing payroll processing for 1,100+ employees
• Ensuring new hire onboarding forms are accurate and compliant
• Overseeing warehouse inventory and processing store requests
• Conducting in-store audits and ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures
• Providing accurate reporting to leadership and collaborating with the office team

Background Profile

Do you have 4+ years of experience in payroll, bookkeeping, or office management? Are you adept at handling sensitive financial data with discretion? If you also have experience with payroll and inventory systems, this may be the ideal role for you. Additional qualifications include:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Preferably an Associate or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in the restaurant or fast-food industry is a plus
