Description

Join us as a Patient Service Representative at Pediatric Home Service! In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring children with medical complexities receive the best home healthcare services. Your day-to-day will involve managing patient intake, coordinating with medical equipment suppliers, and providing exceptional customer service to families. You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, helping families navigate their needs and becoming an essential support for both patients and our healthcare team.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or 1–6 months of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) intake and admissions.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient keyboard skills with a focus on accuracy.
• A high level of initiative and a strong customer service mentality.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Brightree Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus!
