Description

As a Patient Coordinator at Aspen Dental, you'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients. Your day-to-day tasks will include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing support throughout the dental visit. You'll communicate with both patients and dental staff, making sure everyone is informed and comfortable. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for organization
• Ethical, reliable, and capable of managing your time effectively
• Previous front office or dental office experience is a plus (but not required!)

Nice to Have

• Experience in a customer service role
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
• Basic knowledge of dental office software or scheduling systems
