Part-Time Experienced Tax Credit Leasing Consultant

Are you an experienced Leasing Consultant with Tax Credit and Low-Income Housing experience looking for an immediate opportunity? We are seeking professionals with a passion for the Multifamily industry who are ready to make an impact!

What We’re Looking For:

• Tax Credit and Low-Income Housing leasing experience is required

• Previous apartment industry experience is required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• A high degree of professionalism and a positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Ability to work 3 days a week with every other Saturday required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and assess housing needs

• Guide new residents through the leasing process, ensuring accuracy in lease agreements and move-in paperwork

• Collect security deposits, rent payments, and applicable fees

• Clearly communicate lease terms, community policies, and renewal processes to residents

• Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries to close leases

• Ensure apartments are move-in ready with final inspections and finishing touches

• Implement creative marketing techniques to attract new residents

• Assist with the lease renewal process and maintain positive resident relations

• Respond promptly to emails, calls, and in-person visits
