DealerFLEX is hiring a Parking Manager to oversee operations and drive exceptional service at a key location in Baltimore, MD. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a strategic mindset, strong customer service orientation, and a drive to optimize performance across staffing, financials, and client satisfaction.

This opportunity is is a fulltime position with benefits and an expected pay range of $60,000 - $70,000. The Parking Manager will be expected to be onsite.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the parking facility, ensuring a seamless experience for all customers.

• Manage, coach, and develop on-site team members to deliver high levels of service and professionalism.

• Analyze profit and loss performance, adjust operational strategies, and implement budget-conscious solutions.

• Drive revenue growth through pricing strategies, direct marketing, and customer acquisition initiatives.

• Plan and execute parking logistics for special events and peak traffic situations.

• Maintain excellent client relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and performance oversight.

• Identify opportunities for business development and support new client acquisition.

• Oversee quality control, compliance, and adherence to safety protocols.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in parking management or related hospitality/operations role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred

• Skilled in financial reporting and operational planning

• Experience with customer-facing teams and a passion for service excellence

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Comfortable developing and executing location-specific marketing and retention strategies

• Event logistics and business development experience are a plus

• Adaptable and proactive with the ability to lead in fast-paced environments
