Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Parking Manager for a permanent position in Baltimore, MD. This role is focused on ensuring outstanding customer service, managing personnel, analyzing location profit and loss, driving revenue, executing direct marketing strategies, and fostering business development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, and a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for parkers.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing clear goals and mentorship.
- Analyze financial data to inform budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation for parking locations.
- Implement strategies for revenue generation, including pricing and customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Coordinate parking logistics for events and ensure smooth operations during high-traffic periods.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and address inquiries and concerns.
- Identify business development opportunities and expand the client base.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in parking management.
- Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
- Proficient in analyzing location profit and loss.
- Experienced in revenue generation and direct marketing.
- Event management experience is advantageous.
- Skilled in client relationship management and strategic business development.
- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.
