In this role, you’ll help prepare, package, and label cannabis products with care and precision to ensure consistency, compliance, and top-notch quality. If you have a strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about the cannabis industry, we’d love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Accurately weigh, package, and label cannabis flower, pre-rolls, and other products. - Maintain quality control standards and ensure all packaging meets compliance regulations. - Track inventory and record batch information in accordance with state requirements. - Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently. - Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety and sanitation protocols. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in cannabis production, food packaging, or manufacturing preferred. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures. - Must be able to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. - Must meet all state and local requirements for working in the cannabis industry.
