**Job Overview:** We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Packaging & Labeling Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging cannabis beverages and a variety of edibles for final distribution, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with state regulations. This role includes handling a high volume of beverages and assisting with packaging a range of edible products, including cookies, brownies, blondies, and gummies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Accurately label and package **10+ pallets of cannabis beverages** in varying flavors according to company and regulatory standards. - Assist in the packaging of edible products, including cookies, brownies, blondies, and gummies, especially as the beverage workload tapers. - Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety, sanitation, and compliance guidelines. - Inspect products for quality, consistency, and adherence to labeling requirements. - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. - Follow all state and company regulations regarding cannabis handling, food safety, and hygiene. - Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly. **Requirements:** - Must hold a valid **OLCC** - Must hold a valid **Food Handlers Permit**. - Prior experience in food or beverage packaging preferred, but not required. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Ability to lift up to \[insert weight\] lbs and stand for extended periods. - Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately. - Strong teamwork and communication skills.
