**Overview:** We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented team members to join our cannabis production team. This role focuses on packaging cannabis products and producing pre-rolls in compliance with company standards and state regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Accurately weigh, package, and label cannabis flower and manufactured products. - Assemble pre-rolls using company equipment and maintain consistency in weight and quality. - Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet compliance and brand standards. - Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. - Follow all company SOPs (standard operating procedures) and state regulations. - Track and record inventory in accordance with compliance requirements. - Assist with general production tasks as needed. **Qualifications:** - Prior experience in cannabis packaging, production, or related field preferred (but not required). - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with repetitive tasks. - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity goals. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive motions. - Must have an OLCC Permit **_About Vangst:_** _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
