**Position Summary:** Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Packager** to join their cannabis production team. The Packager plays a critical role in ensuring all cannabis products are accurately weighed, labeled, sealed, and prepared for distribution in compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Weigh, package, label, and seal cannabis flower, pre-rolls, edibles, or concentrates according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and consistency * Maintain accurate records of packaging activities including product weight, counts, and batch information * Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies for packaging and labeling * Assemble packaging components (jars, bags, labels, boxes) and keep the workstation clean and organized * Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of workstations and packaging tools * Meet daily and weekly production quotas while maintaining accuracy * Communicate any issues with product quality or equipment to supervisors promptly * Assist with inventory counts and material tracking as needed **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Prior experience in a manufacturing, food production, or cannabis facility is preferred * Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand/sit for extended periods * Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail * Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to work in the cannabis industry * Possess MO Cannabis Agent ID * Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols * Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance **Physical Requirements:** * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs * Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive motion * Standing or sitting for long periods **Work Environment:** * Fast-paced, highly regulated production environment * May involve exposure to cannabis dust, noise, and strong odors
