#### **Position Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Cannabis Packager** to join our production team. The Packager will be responsible for accurately handling, weighing, and packaging cannabis products — including gummies, flower, and pre-rolls — in compliance with company standards and state regulations. This role plays an important part in maintaining product quality, consistency, and efficiency throughout the packaging process.
#### **Key Responsibilities**
- Hand-cut and weigh gummies or other cannabis products according to weight requirements.
- Package products into jars, pouches, or other containers as directed.
- Apply labels and verify accuracy of packaging information.
- Stack and organize finished goods into cases for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace in accordance with company and state regulations.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality control protocols.
- Report any product discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors immediately.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
#### **Qualifications**
- Previous experience in cannabis production, packaging, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and care.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain any required state licensing/badging.
#### **Physical Requirements**
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Frequent use of hands for handling small items and packaging materials.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
