If you are dependable and enjoy hands-on work, this could be the perfect fit for you. ### Requirements / Responsibilities - Accurately package products according to company standards and guidelines - Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging - Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification - Maintain cleanliness and organization of packaging area - Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines - Handle packaging equipment and tools responsibly ### Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - 21+ - Must pass any required background checks - Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry - Must possess valid driver’s license - Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus but not required - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Basic math skills for counting and measuring - Physical ability to lift and move packages as required ### Job Details / Duties - Prepare and assemble product packages according to specifications - Check products for quality assurance before packaging - Seal and label packages accurately for shipment - Organize packaged products for storage or distribution - Maintain inventory of packaging materials and report shortages - Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene standards _About Vangst:_ _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
