**Overview:** We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Packager** to join our production team. In this role, you’ll assist with the final stages of edible production, ensuring that gummies are cut, weighed, and packaged accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in the growing cannabis industry. **Responsibilities:** - Hand-cut gummies according to production specifications - Accurately weigh individual pieces or batches before packaging - Package gummies into jars or bags with attention to portion accuracy and presentation - Label and stack finished products neatly in cases for distribution - Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist with quality checks to ensure consistency and product integrity - Follow all company policies and state compliance regulations **Requirements:** - High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions - Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical labor (lifting up to 25 lbs) - Must be 21+ and able to obtain all required state compliance credentials - Previous experience in food production, packaging, or cannabis manufacturing is a plus
