As a Packager at our cannabis manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient packaging of cannabis products. This role requires great attention to detail and the ability to follow compliance regulations and SOPs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Package cannabis products into containers, bags, and boxes according to specifications * Apply accurate labeling and ensure compliance with all NJ state regulations * Inspect products for quality control, including weight, appearance, and labeling accuracy * Maintain cleanliness of the packaging area and follow all sanitation guidelines * Record product counts, weights, and batch information as required * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals **Requirements:** * Must be 21+ and eligible to work in New Jersey * Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail * Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks * Cannabis or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Compliance & Fingerprinting: All candidates are **required to undergo a fingerprinting appointment** as part of the New Jersey cannabis badging process. **Badge results may take up to two weeks** to be returned from the state.
