### **Job Summary:**
We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented **Packaging Associate** to support the final packaging process of cannabis vape products. This role involves receiving vape pods or all-in-one devices, applying THC compliance stickers, inserting products into retail packaging, and sealing them according to company and state regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will work efficiently while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance throughout the process.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Receive vape pods or all-in-one devices (with battery) for packaging.
* Apply state-compliant THC warning stickers to each unit accurately.
* Insert products into designated packaging materials (boxes, clamshells, etc.).
* Properly seal packaged products for retail sale or distribution.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant packaging station.
* Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
* Perform quality control checks to ensure labeling and packaging meet regulatory and brand standards.
* Report any packaging issues or product discrepancies to the supervisor.
* Meet daily packaging targets and efficiency expectations.

### **Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
* Previous packaging or assembly experience preferred (cannabis industry a plus).
* Ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of cannabis compliance and labeling requirements is an asset.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to \[insert weight, e.g., 25 lbs\].

### **Work Environment:**
* Indoor production facility with exposure to cannabis products and odors.
* Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
* Must adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations.
