The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales calls for the HVAC or Sewer departments. This role does not require previous industry experience, we will train. We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology and business development. 
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Requirements: 
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the technology or technical sales industry
  • Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
     
  • Able to pass a background check, MVR and a drug test
