Description

Join our team as an Order Selector at Lineage Logistics in Riverside, California! In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our cold storage operation running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for accurately selecting products, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring inventory levels are maintained. A typical day involves working in a fast-paced environment, operating pallet jacks, and picking items while maintaining safety and accuracy. Requirements

• Basic math skills to assist in product selection and inventory tracking.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to communicate voice commands in English may be required.
• Capability to work in cold temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (18 kgs); weight may vary based on facility requirements.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends if necessary.
• Comfortable working in various noise levels, which can be loud at times.

Nice to Have

• Experience performing pre-use inspections on pallet jack equipment.
• Ability to mark materials with identifying information.
• Proficiency in opening boxes and other containers when necessary.
• Skill in picking products and ensuring that lot numbers and product codes are accurately selected.
• Experience in recording material amounts using site-specific equipment for inventory updates.
• Ability to arrange stock parts in specific orders for assembly.
• Effective communication skills to report damaged products to inventory or a lead/supervisor.
