Order Processing Coordinator
Our client based in South Atlanta, Georgia is seeking an Order Processing Coordinator for a potential contract-to-hire position.

Responsibilities:
- Process and input customer orders received through email, online forms, and internal systems.
- Verify order accuracy and route orders efficiently for production.
- Participate in daily production meetings to address open orders and detect potential issues early.
- Track multi-step manufacturing orders including artwork, proofs, approvals, and scheduling.
- Maintain well-organized and precise documentation to prevent delays or oversights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Art Department teams to ensure smooth order progression.
- Handle light customer communication primarily via email, with minimal phone interactions.
- Assist in managing distribution orders using straightforward buy-and-ship processes.
- Perform administrative duties like scanning, filing, and organizing order materials.
- Undergo cross-training with a colleague for seamless task coverage.
- Contribute to a positive and drama-free team-oriented work environment.
- Onsite role in a business-casual setting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, order entry, production coordination, or related fields.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage detailed and time-sensitive workflows.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Basic skills in Word and Excel.
- Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Dependable, cooperative, and team-oriented mindset.
