About the Role:
Join HARIBO of America’s first-ever North American factory! We’re looking for a Machine Operator to run and maintain production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. You’ll ensure product quality, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production/packaging machinery.

• Adjust processes and resolve equipment malfunctions.

• Inspect packages for correct dates, codes, weights, and cut lines.

• Supply machines with correct materials and complete documentation.

• Analyze process data to improve quality and throughput.

• Report any food safety or quality concerns immediately.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3+ years in manufacturing/packaging (preferably in food, beverage, or pharma).

• Flexible for off-shift work and overtime.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

• Familiarity with food safety standards (SQF, GMP).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with box erecting, case packing, palletizing.

• Understanding of mechanical adjustments and basic math/algebra.
