Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations or staffing management, preferably within the light industrial sector.

• Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and workplace safety standards relevant to the light industrial industry.

• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
