Job Title: Operations Analyst – Onsite
Location: 1300 Thames Street, Baltimore, MD 21230
Work Model: Onsite
Pay rate: $20/hr on W2
Contract: 12 months
Extension or conversion to FTE based on performance, attendance, and business needs

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst with a strong interest or background in operations, client relationship management, or process improvement. What You'll Do:
- Communicate effectively with brokers, internal stakeholders, and external clients.
- Provide clearing services to assigned clients.
- Process trade files and ensure all margin calls are issued by end of day (EOD).
- Ensure the timely and accurate margining of all derivatives-related trades.
- Mitigate daily risk by coordinating with clients regarding margin and settlement intentions.
- Monitor and manage aging margin fails to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Investigate and resolve trade and position breaks promptly.

- Background or strong interest in operations, client relationship management, or process improvement.
