Job Summary:
The Shareworks Services & Operations Associate is responsible for executing critical operational tasks related to the processing of cash and shares for the Brokerage @ Work business. This role involves handling account maintenance, transactional processing, reconciliations, and financial operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process account transactions, including cash and share disbursements, stock transfers, and reconciliations.
• Execute check and Fed wire disbursements, including stop payment requests.
• Investigate and resolve transactional discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain financial records, process reports, and clear outstanding debits.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Work with internal systems and Office applications to process and track transactions.
• Adhere to compliance and control procedures to mitigate risk.
• Cross-train in multiple functions within Operations to enhance team flexibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in financial transactions.
• Experience in transactional processing, banking, brokerage operations, or finance-related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data management and analysis.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for resolving operational issues.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in finance, accounting, business, or a related field preferred.
