Join the Legends Global Merchandising team at the OKC Thunder Retail event! This is a high-end event that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork. As a Retail Associate, you’ll assist with store setup, merchandising, and customer service — helping create a premium fan experience.
Greet shoppers and provide excellent customer service throughout the event.
Assist guests with product selection and purchases using the POS system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
Restock shelves, manage inventory levels, and fold or size merchandise displays.
Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a positive and secure environment.
Assist with setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and displays before and after the event.
Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet event goals.
Prior retail, merchandising, customer service, or sales experience required.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems such as Square, Clover, NCR, Toast, Shopify, or Lightspeed.
Comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging guests in English.
Must be punctual, dependable, and able to complete the full shift including breakdown.
Must show a valid state-issued ID upon check-in (Driver’s License, Passport, or Military ID).
Plain black t-shirt (a company polo will be provided and must be returned).
Solid black dress or work pants — no holes, jeans, joggers, leggings, or yoga pants.
Solid black, flat, closed-toe shoes.
Minimal jewelry; no oversized or hoop earrings (stud earrings allowed).
Failure to meet dress code requirements will result in being sent home without pay.
