Description

As an Office Coordinator at The TemPositions Group of Companies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your typical day will involve managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and supporting our team with administrative tasks. You'll be the go-to person for communication and organization, helping create a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
