Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant you will support the General Manager, all departments and employees within the company. You will handle a variety of tasks. Your responsibilities may include, but not be limited to making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, following up customer concerns and maintaining appropriate filing systems. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Follow up with incoming customer concerns
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed notes
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deal and suppliers
  • Assist with reconciliation
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist with timecards/payroll
  • Conduct requested research
 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

 
  • HS Diploma
  • Prefer knowledge of ServiceTitan
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Attention to detail and problem solving
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
