Move for Life Physical Therapy is looking for an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team in Nazareth, PA. As a privately owned rehabilitation practice, we serve patients in assisted and independent living communities across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Massachusetts.

🩺 Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical and functional needs

• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques

• Help patients improve mobility, coordination, and independence

• Deliver engaging therapy sessions that motivate and empower patients

• Design wellness and fitness programs tailored to long-term care goals

• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes using EMR

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers for integrated care

• Promote healthy lifestyle habits and injury prevention

• Maintain professional, compassionate, and ethical standards at all times

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania

• Graduate of an accredited OT program

• Proven experience as a practicing OT (1+ years preferred)

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

• Strong communication, motivational, and patient education skills

• Clinical expertise in rehabilitation, mobility training, and wellness

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Positive attitude and a patient-centered approach to care
